We also provide tenants of managed properties access to maintenance requests and billing through their own dedicated web portal.

JJ is the Founder and President of PMI Biloxi. With over 18 years of professional real estate investing, customer service, and asset management, he brings his knowledge and experience together at PMI Biloxi. He is also the president of JHS Enterprises Inc, a real estate investment and development firm in South Mississippi.
“No matter what you make or manage, every business is a customer service business”. JJ grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and currently lives in Gulfport with his family. JJ is the managing Real Estate Broker for PMI Biloxi
Michelle Goodson brings over two decades of real estate and property management expertise to PMI Biloxi, where she has served since 2025. Michelle began her career in real estate in 2001, building a strong foundation in the industry before stepping away from 2011 to 2014 to gain valuable experience in finance.
In 2014, Michelle returned to her true passion — property management — taking on the role of onsite manager overseeing a portfolio of more than 100 units. This hands-on experience gave her deep insight into the day-to-day realities of resident relations, maintenance coordination, and operational efficiency at scale.
Today, Michelle draws on her diverse background in both real estate and finance to deliver well-rounded, detail-oriented property management services. Her ability to balance financial acumen with practical, on-the-ground experience makes her a trusted partner for property owners looking to maximize the value and performance of their investments.
Kayla is the newest addition to the PMI Biloxi team. Kayla is a gulf coast native who works hard to make sure tenants and owners understand the maintenance process from beginning to end and makes sure tenant maintenance request are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
